What started as a summer fling is now very committal! It was clear I had to add this citrusy sweet soap to the regular rotation, as it is one of my most popular bars.

Where did those cool orange specs come from? This orange color is attained by infusing Annatto Seed, a natural colorant, into coconut oil. And what is Annatto Seed? They’re harvested from the achiote tree, native to tropical America regions, and the seeds are used for adding coloring to food and to impart a slightly nutty, spicy aroma and flavor to foods. It’s used in such a small amount in this soap, however, so you’ll only pick up on the citrusy goodness!

This soap is vegan and cruelty free. Great as a bath, shower, or hand soap. Keep this bar dry as a bone between uses with our new soap saver bag to make it last for a long, long time! Option to add below.

This soap is handmade in Champaign, IL. We use essential oils and pthalate-free fragrance oils to scent our soap. We don’t use plastics for our individual bar packaging, but recycled eco-friendly fabrics and paper, and we don’t use harsh chemicals that foster an unreasonable shelf-life. Our bars of soap are naturally shelf-stable 1 - 2 years, but I bet they’ll get used up faster than that!

Made w/ saponified olive oil & coconut oil; shea, cocoa, and kokum butters; spices/botanicals. Because this soap is handmade with natural ingredients, there may be variation between bars. Soap will come wrapped in fabric with a recycled paper descriptive label.
