The answer to our natural soap prayers - a little wooden soap dish! Never again shall your natural soap melt away into a puddle of despair. Extend the life of your natural soap by letting it, and the soap dish, dry completely between uses.

Because wood is a natural, porous material, you may see discoloration over time due to the clays/botanicals in the soap. It’s natural, baby! Give it a scrub. You may periodically apply a mineral oil to the dish to seal it, prolonging it’s sheen and color. I do not recommend this as a soap dish for the shower, unless you can keep it away from the shower head stream and/or seal it with a natural wax or oil based polyurethane.
